The Null Device

As the UK looks poised to follow Russia's lead and institute a regime of mandatory Internet surveillance, already one ISP, which caters to trade unions and other such troublemakers, is planning to move offshore. The big winner in all this will probably be Ireland, whose proximity to Britain, robust economy, good infrastructure and enlightened Internet regulations make it a natural alternative (though Sealand could also benefit).
