The S11 incident has disappeared from the mainstream media, eclipsed by the McLympic Games, but flyers have surfaced in the vicinity of RMIT (a city university, known as a hotbed of radical politics), raising the issue of protesters injured by police. One seen at Museum station mentioned the case of a 15-year-old girl bashed by police until unconscious. Meanwhile, the Premier hosted a lavish party in honour of the heroic police officers who valiantly defended the Australian way of life against these dangerous terrorists.
