The Top 136 Albums of the 1990s, according to some chap named Ned Raggett. He seems to have quite good taste; there's no lowest-common-denominator baby-boomer-rock-and-multiplatinum-alternative bias here (unlike some top-N lists seen in the music press). (via VM)
