The Null Device

Looks like parts of Melbourne's tram system will be overhauled. This will include banning parking from parts of the CBD, adjusting lights to give trams priority, and introducing new vehicles. If it cuts the sluggish pace of travelling by tram through the traffic-congested CBD, it's probably a good thing.
