In France, insurers are offering bully insurance to schoolchildren.
The insurance covers stolen or damaged clothing and schoolbooks as well as
hospital bills if necessary, though do not cover cash or mobile phones.
I wonder how they work out the premiums; whether you'd pay extra if you
wear glasses, are physically unfit, don't fit in or otherwise are below a
certain point in the high-school food chain.
