Don't Ever Antagonise The Horn: Chicago artist Michael Hernandez de Luna has been subverting the postal system in the name of art for 10 years, creating bogus stamps related to current events, mailing them and then putting them on show. However, the FBI and USPS now say he has gone too far with his most recent "mail art" project, for which he created and mailed an anthrax-themed stamp.
