Ack, I've got a cold too. Must be a germ going around..
What are Stereolab up to nowadays? I haven't heard much of their stuff in quite a while. I prefer their more electronicy stuff to their guitary stuff; are they still doing that sort of thing?

Yes; their new album is quite electronic, mostly using vintage synths. They use no MIDI in it; everything was played live and spliced together afterward. I'm not a huge Stereolab fan (I'm going mostly because friends are and Ninetynine are doing the support), but I can recommend it.

So they're doing the support on Friday as well? Sounds interesting.

It looks like it, judging by the street press. The, umm, other thing has not been confirmed (but such is the nature of these things).

The carriers have spread out to the rest of the country, now the virus will start to move to the hot zone and....did you ever see The Stand?
