If you use Movable Type, what Graham is using, you get comments for free. I coded my own though.

But Moveable Type would mean that I can only blog from my computer wouldn't it? Or at least... not from Anywhere...

I believe Movable Type uses a web-based CGI interface. So you can blog from any browser.

You'll need a server you can put CGI scripts on, though.
