Holyrood, 2011: Scottish President Galloway has struck out angrily at U.S.
accusations that the People's Republic is harbouring Welsh terrorist groups.
Flanked by his Libyan amazon bodyguards, President Galloway stated that while
Scotland supports the Welsh people's struggle for independence, accusations of
terrorist involvement are "scurrilous lies fabricated by the Anglo-American
Zionist entity". Meanwhile, Secretary of Defense Jack Straw has denied that
urban-warfare exercises being held in North Yorkshire or the movement of
the USS Blair from South Carolina to the North Sea are in any way
connected to deteriorating relations between the U.S. and Scotland.
"There are no plans for military action against Scotland," he said.
