Big Issue sacks staff, plans to outsource content. Wonder if it'll be assembled in data-processing sweatshops in Bangladesh or wherever and beamed to automated, union-free printing plants, as MX is rumoured to be. Oh, and the thing about the one remaining staff member being an ad executive seems a bit dubious. Still, it's all part of the guilt-assuagement industry. (via Ben's journal)
