The Null Device
is planning to build his own home-brewed GSM mobile phone, out of an ARM-based Linux board
and a GSM module. It doesn't appear that he's quite hardc0re (or insane) enough to write his own GSM stack over software radio and risk a visit from
Ofcom's SWAT team, though at the end of the day, he will end up with a phone that runs Debian.
