Which looks somewhat like a cross between MAD Magazine and The Economist.
Those ads, it seems, were too clever for the magazine's own good. It used to be one of those expensive monthly magazines, full with photojournalistic porfolios printed in glossy paper (its name can be roughly translated as 'The Grand Report'). Since then, it was bought and became the anemic Saturday supplement (printed in your basic low-grade paper) of Jornal de NotÃcias, the portuguese equivalent of the Daily Mail, or whatever.
