psychoceramics: Troll or Kook?

I'm having trouble deciding whether this person is a genuine kook
or has just put together an elaborate troll.  She's got cameras
connected to frame grabbers set up under her platform bed and in a few
trunks, and you can get real-time views of from each of them (she
says she's doing this to detect ghosts).

Kook or troll?  Opinions please.  It's worth a visit in any event.
