psychoceramics: Steve Boursy - is he for real?

Dear Psychoceramicists:

What is Steve Boursy currently playing at?  I mean, he's definitely a
real person, people have met him In Real Life, and the Boston Phoenix
did an article on him.

But he seems to have gone over the deep end.  He holds about 4 mutually
contradictory positions at once, but refuses to address any issues about
the incompatibility of his positions.  For instance, he's an advocate
of Total and Complete Free Speech, but nobody is allowed to complain
about, or nag "Vladimir Fomin" or John Grubor.

He seems to go out of his way to avoid making any falsifiable assertions,
and all inquiries for further information or clarification are met by obfusca-
tion or personal attacks.  The phone number of the "Candadian Privacy Council"
is one example.  Steve claims to be in communication with them, yet won't
give out a phone number.  He merely states that anyone can look in a
phonebook.  Many people have, and nobody finds a "Candadian Privacy Council"
listing.

Boursy swiftly and vociferously denounces any slight hints of "censorial"
leanings he detects in his opponent's articles, yet he refuses to comment on
John Grubor's many blacklists and stated desires to "pull plugs" of critics.

His spelling and usage also seem to have gotten a bit more haphazard.
He's not editing the articles he replies.

Why is he doing as much as possible to anger everyone who's not irrational?

How the heck does he get by In Real Life?  Don't McDonald's cooks give him
spittle-burgers and things like that?  Why does Barry Shein put up with
such a brittle and pugnacious client?
