I think it's a bit of a troll myself, if only because he's always
been (and still is) much more calm and reasonable in email.  (I actually
sort of like the email version of him).  I think he and Grubor are having
a fine time, egging each other on to be the local bad boys.

He never got all that much attention as a tenant activist here,
but ever since he discovered Usenet ... well, look, we're talking
about him, aren't we?
