Close Encounters With The Secret Government

This document describes my encounters with the Secret Government
operating in the United States. Not all of the episodes are 
climatic while others are.

Part I: Some background on the Secret Government.

To understand why the Secret Government exists you must understand
a few things about the reality that we live in.  The nature of our
reality is not what you have been taught. The true nature of our 
reality is quite different although well understood by the Secret
Gov't. 

Regardless of how much technology a society has, its ability
to create, manifest and endure in the long run is dependent upon how
much 'light' (soul energy) is present. This is true individually and
collectively as organizations.  It is your soul light that allows you
manifest any given probable event. The competition to control this 
light is intense. Groups of light are called 'light blocks'.  They are
very powerful.  The Waco incident was about a light block that was 
pressing against the reality of others. 

Now, the human race is parasitically controlled by the Secret Gov't.
The human soul is a very fine and quite removed from this reality.
It sits in each human being around the solar plexus. In addition, 
each human also has a spirit that is the embodiment of whom the person is. 
It also determines the will of the individual. It is possible to replace
the spirit vehicle keeping the soul and body. The person would appear
the same with similar personality characteristics. But in fact the
spirit has been replaced. When this happens it is called 'soul snatching' or
'body takeover'. It is possible to detect when some types of spirits are 
present after forcing there way in.  Certain alien spirit types will 
exhibit shifting eyes from side to side very quickly on occasions.  
They may exhibit immature emotions.  The new spirit entity has control 
of the soul and body. Having a soul with a given amount of 'light' or 
energy is like money in the bank.  They will spend this soul energy 
down thru ruthless actions in order to follow the will of the Secret 
Gov't and preserve or increase their sphere of influence (power base).

Now it is the goal of the Secret Gov't to replace all human spirits with
spirits that are in line with their will (The New World Order).  The
more light you have the more they want to control you. In addition, not
all souls have the same characteristics. Just as different jems have different
qualities so do souls.  These characteristics manifest thru the personality.
So it is also true that certain souls are high on their list to be controlled.
The Earth is a place where the soul is made a slave.  If you can achieve 
enough light you can escape this reality. However, they monitor the light
levels of all souls closely.  When the light level of a soul increases they
put that soul on a priority for takeover or 'soul snatching'.  The
intelligence
communities of the world are involved in this. This is why you reincarnate.
You can never get enough light because they always steal your body and soul
before you reach the threshhold level that allows you to escape this reality.
So you are on the 'wheel of 84' as they say in metaphysical circles.  
Interestingly, they know your past history in other incarnations. This helps
them to control you. They also carry forward grudges from other incarnations.
Powerful karmic forces (good or bad) are also carried forward from
incarnation 
to incarnation. The light level you achieved in one life will be your level 
in the next life.

I want to cover how the Secret Gov't attacks a person to control and takeover
the body. The first thing they will try to do is to take away your money.
With money they cannot control you.  You may find getting jobs very difficult
or only low paying jobs are available. They want you to live in an apartment,
not on your own land. That is not allowed.  The Branch Dividians at Waco had
their own land - not allowed.  

Next they will try to establish links spiritually. This is usually done by 
eating with them. Or in an apartment all they have to do is move next door! 
Vicinity is the key here. If you do not have a great deal of light they 
probably can force their way in at this point. If you are a more powerful
soul with more light they have to do something else. The whole area of 
spiritual links also allows for black magic, which is very heavily used. 
I have encountered in the workplace people from India heavily into black
magic 
(This is not a blanket statement about the people of India). It does however, 
agree with the Krill document. (available on

Next they will use magnetic compression fields to compress your energy so you 
cannot manifest. This is usually first done with the Television CRT. Anything
with a coil and alternating current will do it. The higher the voltage the
more
deadly. At this point you may have trouble sleeping etc. If you live near a 
lake or water this option does not work for them. That is why they strive so 
hard to control all areas close to large bodies of water. It is always 
expensive to live near water. Note that the Branch Dividians did not use any 
electricity on their compound. For lighting they used kerosene lamps. They
knew 
better.

Next they will use chemical (poison) and biological weapons. This will
require 
the soul to use all of its power to maintain the body leaving it defenseless.
 
If they do it right they can force the spirit out before the body dies. This 
will allow easy takeover.  This is far more common than you can possibly 
imagine.

In some cases abduction is done either by humans or aliens. If these options 
are not available they will use force.  Waco is a good example of using force.

Now you know why the Branch Dividians did not want to give up. At least some
of 
them certainly would have experienced a body takeover some time after giving 
up. And, of course, their 'light block' would have been broken up. Then they 
would become vulnerable. (Unfortunately the US Constitution is inadequate to 
protect the human soul against the onslaught of the Secret Gov't).

There is one point that I need to stress. That is, when an individual has an 
above average amount of light (soul energy) they will automatically attract 
good (wealth) to him or her.  The Secret Gov't is then in the position of 
having to block the light of that individual in order to maintain their level 
of control over society. This constant friction results in 'shadow wars' 
against individuals and groups, resulting in the control methods already 
described. It only takes one person will a liberal amount of energy to upset 
the apple cart. It is also important to realize that today some organizations 
having become very aggressive in this 'body takeover' business. By adding to 
their light base they can outpower their next competitor in the black magic 
'shadow wars'.
