I frankly find it fascinating that they only felt a need to file with the US
government, and am rather reminded of the Heaven's Gaters, setting off for the
rest of the universe with American currency (about $5, wasn't it?) in their
pockets.  One wonders if a, say, Australian or Russian who wanted to buy lunar
real estate would have to go through this company, or whether its titles would
only apply within territory claimed by the United States.  (And what's this
about ``copyright'' on real estate?)
