Got this in a spam:

It points off to www.canceranswer.com, which is really rather amusing.
The basic point seems to be:  "All cancer is a caused by a deficiency of
vitamin B17 (Laetrile), and the bible told me so."
Of course there's the worldwide conspiracy against it, and the bible
passages that explain it all to the faithful.

And remember:

    ALMONDS CONTAIN LAETRILE.
