psychoceramics: Something to wonder about...

Sometimes you see a piece of text that looks like hardcore crankdom (or a
good (bad?) acidtrip.  And then you look at the source and it is a manual
for software or some other "reputable" source.

That is what made me wonder about the following URL.  (Actually the whole
