Looks like Britain is due to be the next country to have a Tory leader named Howard. At least their Howard has nary a snowball's hope of becoming PM.

Yesterday's Internatonal edition of The Guardian had a picture of a group of politicians, including that Howard. And from the angle that the photograph was taken, he looked eerily like our Howard.
