Even for Steve Boursy, this is definitely over the top.  He's called the
police, the FBI, threatened to call the Mounties, and probably the
Cambridge Boy Scouts.

But this?

(Background:  Charles trolled Steve by telling him that he was cancelling
Steve's posts to soc.culture.japan.  Steve went for it - even after Charles
told him it was a troll.)

        Ah--Dr. Zando-welcome.  I just wanted to add that Charles
continues to harass me with cc's to my service provider (today
they're we're at least a half dozen) and over in soc.culture.japan
many have written about his harassment to of them.  I've notice the
various new Richmond streams in other places with pleasure.

        In any event I'm going to pay a visit to the Japanese Counel
is Boston with some printouts and have a little discussion regarding
the man.  He is a censor, forges cancels of others posts and most
of all is short and fat which is the root of this whole thing.

        Anyone who has in the past received abusive email, etc. from
Charles Richmond please email me.  Also--any one aware of his exact
location in Japan please email.
