Here's a usenet post that's typical of USA "tax kookery".  It turns out
that there's a clause in the US Constitution that says that money shall
be made only of silver and gold.  Upon this rock, much US Kookery has
been built.  Personally, this guy would be a bit more convincing if he
didn't use the Fundamentalist style of monospaced typography.
