                       REMOTE MIND CONTROL TECHNOLOGY

ABSTRACT

Remote viewing is based on the premise that individuals can project their
awareness outside their bodies. This runs counter to mainstream
reductionist science which has stated that: `no mind exists, and all
thought and mentation are based purely on electrochemical processes in the
brain'. It is not suggested that this view has been deliberately
promulgated in order to deflect interest amongst serious researchers into
biophysical field effects, but the massive research projects carried out in
the USA and the former Soviet Union suggests that substantial body of
science which is now regarded as orthodox has been withheld from the public
domain. There is strong evidence to show that US military research is now
using electronic remote mind control technology for scanning and
influencing, which can read thought processes and implant images and
stimuli into target victims.

Paranormal Management Systems (PMS) has been running a fifteen year
research programme into the biophysical basis of remote mind control
technology. PMS has discovered that the microwave carrier waves modulated
with ELF audiograms, mimic natural field effects that are occurring in the
brain and its surrounding energy fields. A detailed study of these natural
phenomena has allowed PMS to understand the field effects that underlie
brain function. Rupert Sheldrake was the first mainstream scientist to
postulate unknown field effects, which he called morphogenic fields. PMS
has discovered a whole range of biological field effects, totally unknown
to science. Our remote influencing course gives a basic introduction to
some of techniques required to manipulate these field effects.

Inigo Swann, the finest proponent of remote viewing, taught DIA officers to
project their awareness into enemy installations. His pupils, on retiring
official military service, established PsyTech, an organization which
conducts remote viewing programmes for US organizations. Inigo Swann has
stated: `remote viewing introduced us to a technology 150 years before its
time'.

The Americans could employ remote mind control technology (RMCT), but they
had no idea why it worked, for the science involved had not been
discovered. PMS has completed a research study which, in one leap, has
brought us to the point that Swann expected would take 150 years to reach;
as a consequence, we now understand the field effects and biophysical
mechanisms RMCT is based on. PMS is offering a three module introduction to
RMCT which is based on this revolutionary developmental advance in
expertise and knowledge. We offer from our base in Europe, a step by step
programme and methodology, which will allow any individual the ability to
experience remote viewing, remote sensing and remote influencing. So far as
we are aware, no other organization possesses this knowledge or expertise,
based as it is upon radical new research. This research is paralleled by
the US military, who have pursued mind control technology using electronic
means, using highly sophisticated hardware and can achieve results that
might have been thought impossible. Their full capabilities are alluded to
in an article on NSA electronic mind control (Nexus Vol 3, No. 3).
Similarly, using biophysical manipulation based on PMS research, giant
inroads have been made into biological field effects and their use in
remote mind control. Due to the need to maintain confidentiality with our
clients, most of our research is highly confidential and cannot be
disclosed, but our three course modules for the public, give a highly
advanced introduction to this new area of study. A top secret
parapsychological research program is being conducted out by the US
military, despite the disinformation programme which stated that whilst
apparently successful, this work had been abandoned. Whether this is so or
not, it would appear that they are decades behind PMS in the field of
biophysical field effects.

Organizations may benefit from the use of remote mind control technology to
further their business. One of the knock on effects of using it, is that
organizations can run in real-time, thus being able to outmanoeuvre their
opponents by enhanced speed of reaction to stimuli.

PARANORMAL PSYCHONEURO-IMMUNOLOGY

Our most recent research project, that is being developed for the public,
is the use of biological field effects to boost the immune system. These
discoveries are a spin-off from our research into the biophysical theories
which underlie the phenomenon of morphogenic fields. The UK has been
ravaged by fears of a new disease mechanism that involves prions, the
infamous mad cow disease. This new disease is believed to have been caused
initially by a virulent form of the scrapie virus, found in sheep, entering
the bovine rumen. Bovines have large stomachs called rumens – biological
digesters that strip food down to its basic constituents. The scrapie
virus, when placed in this digestive environment, seems to have been
stripped down to leave an indigestible protein called a prion (proteinous
infective agent). This prion then migrates to the brain and nervous system
of the animal (or human host), where it attaches itself to the neurons in
the brain and central nervous system and modifies their shape, destroying
them in the process. This causes the brain to become punctured all over,
rather like a sponge. No known cure is available, and if predictions made
by Dr Lacey (a leading microbiologist at Leeds University) prove correct,
after the year 2000, the disease will be fatal to 5,000–500,000 UK citizens
annually.

PMS is developing a promising paranormal psychoneuro-immunological approach
to the amplification of the immune system. Dr Carl Simonton trained
terminal cancer patients to visualise their white blood cells eating up
their cancerous tissue. Since these terminal cancer patients had been
irradiated with radiation and or subjected to highly toxic chemotherapy, it
was surprising that not only could visualisation boost their immune system
to kill cancer cells, but that their immune systems, already malfunctioning
as a result of radiation and toxic chemicals, could operate at all!

PMS paranormal psychoneuro-immunology (PPNI) is intended to maximise immune
response in fully functioning healthy people, whose immune systems have not
been damaged by medical intervention. Using biological field effects and
the techniques required to activate remote mind control technology, PMS may
have the capability of enhancing individuals' immune systems to the point
where their own bodies can recognise these prions and render them harmless.
Although still in the development stages, PPNI could prove effective in
people who have consumed infected beef products but who do not have any
brain damage as yet. PPNI may also be effective in augmenting the immune
system to fight cancer and other diseases – as long as the immune system
has not been compromised by radiation, chemical toxins or biological
agents.

It may also be possible, using PPNI, to promote the anti-oxidant
capabilities of the body by increasing the concentration and efficiency of
the enzymes whose function is to neutralise free radicals; using the
biophysical basis of morphogenic fields, it is now thought that beneficial
changes in DNA structure can be induced using biological field effects. If
correct, this would lead to lifespan extension in healthy individuals.
Since PPNI is still in the developmental stages, no guarantee of success
can be assured, but if it proves effective, it would enable individuals to
live longer and be highly resistant to pathogens of many sorts. If the
