The book by Bernard Schreiber is on the net at

It focuses on links between eugenics and nazism, and
apparently says nothing about occultism. I conclude
therefore that the paragraphs at 
http://www.livelinks.com/sumeria/politics/nazioccult.html
about a Tibetan regiment in the ruins of Berlin, 1945,
originated elsewhere.
