I am saying that his wishes should be regarded as irrelevant compared
to the Queen's.What makes him anything is that she has chosen him to
lead her Government.That this happened after she permitted her
subjects to choose a Parliament to advise her in which mostly members
of the political organization he heads were successful is not the
point.If she wanted one of her Corgis to be Prime Minister,that would
be her perfect right.
