THE CUTTING EDGE OF DISCOVERY

This e-mail is about the one-of-kind items called the Ultra-Dark Field
Microscope, the Quantum Disk FVY, and the Quanta-Purifier.

In the 1930s the Rockefeller Foundation funded the development of a
microscope that could view light reflected from molecules in dark field
by achieving 8,000 to 44,000 magnification.  About 200 of these
microscopes existed before 1950 primarily to research the syphilis
organism but technicians were concerned about exposure to the organism.
When a safer microscope was developed to research the syphilis organism
and other researchers discovered that molecules they could view with the
Ultra Microscope would be stimulated and shaped by sound and other
influences that werenot pharmaceutical or drug related, the Ultra
Microscope disappeared around 1950.

In 1995 researcher James Aker began a quest to reconstruct the
Ultra-Microscope and he found a 81 year old individual who worked on the
construction of the Ultra- Microscope in the 1930s.  And even more
outstanding is the former technician remembered exactly how to build a
duplicate microscope.  Currently I, Brian David Andersen own and operate
the only functioning Ultra-Dark Field Microscope in the world that can
view live "molecules".   My purpose in securing this novel instrument
was to research my invention called the Quantum Disk FVY.

About five years ago I discovered and corrected many errors in the Table
Of The Chemical Elements.  After studying my new chemical tables I
logically deducted the element of oxygen is the key to all life.  I also
discovered there are two sources of oxygen - the atmosphere is the first
source and the second and most important source is the moving magma
beneath the Earth that emits a full array of oxygen molecules.  After
intense study and analysis of the new Harmonic Spiral Of The Chemical
Elements, I constructed a three inch diameter disk made of totally safe
elements that duplicate and magnify the oxygen molecules emitted by the
Earth's moving magma.

When liquids treated by Quantum Disk FVY were tested by a Perkin/Elmer
6000 Mass Spectrometer, (the F.D.A. bought one of these devices) the
oxygen content increased by 140 percent in ten minutes.  However, when
the Quantum Disk was placed within five feet of the $250,000
Perkin/Elmer 6000 Mass Spectrometer, the energies of the disk caused the
calibrations within the mass spectrometer to become imbalanced in a few
seconds.  The technicians and the Perkin/Elmer scientists had never
observed nor heard of such an event.  I and others believe the intense
volume of oxygen molecules emitted by the Quantum Disk over saturated
the sensors of the mass spectrometer.  The totally safe intense oxygen
molecules emitted by the disk also improves the taste and quality of any
liquid, provides fast pain relief in humans and eliminates the use of
detergents in washing machines.  A case study by a medical doctor of 13
persons suffering from chronic pain indicated all participants had an
average 50 percent reduction in pain.

The director (he has a Ph.D) of the laboratory where the mass
spectrometer tests were completed was so dumfounded and intrigued by the
Quantum Disk that he requested a friend (he has a Ph.D) to run a
positron emissions test (PET) at the University of Florida.  The tests
have been completed as of the date of this e-mail and results will be
forwarded to you as soon as I have received them.

Tests with a $80,000 I-Tech Digital Tensiometer  concluded that the
Quantum Disklowers the surface tension of any liquid from 76 dynes per
centimeter to 43 dynes per centimeter in ten minutes.  Any liquid
changed by the Quantum Disk has an incredible but true surface tension
level equal to the digestive juices of the human body, fresh cut carrot
juice and most laundry detergents.  The Quantum Disk changes the atomic
structure, increases the oxygen content and lowers the surface tension
of any liquid or solid in a refrigerator or in a washing machine by
simply placing the Quantum Disk on the top of the refrigerator or
washing machine for ten minutes.  Bottles, glasses, jars, cans, or any
container of any size or material can be placed on top of the Quantum
Disk and the quality and taste of any liquid will be improved in ten
minutes so immediate absorption and assimilation can occur by the human
body.

Distilled and tap water treated by the Quantum Disk freezes clearer than
distilled and  tap water not treated by the disk.  Flowers placed in
water treated by the Quantum Disk stay fresh for 10 to 14 days. Blood
that has been out of the body for two hours, not refrigerated and
considered "dead" was revived when placed on the Quantum Disk. All of
the outstanding abilities of the Quantum Disk are detailed in my website
www.quantumdisk.com.  However, many of the new events and research
detailed in this letter have not yet been placed on the website but will
be as soon as all the test data is compiled.

One of the first tests I conducted with the Ultra Microscope was to
place a sample of fresh untreated aloe vera on a glass slide and set the
magnification at 8,000. I then began to walk towards the microscope with
the Quantum Disk at a distance of 15 feet.  As the disk came closer to
the glass slide, all of the aloe vera molecules began moving and then
the molecules began to shrink in size until they became tiny dots of
light bouncing and moving in an intense manner.  I have named these
condensed molecules Quanta Clusters.  The scientific community has known
for many years that molecules or colloids with a condensed size are
assimilated and absorbed faster and totally by human membranes in the
skin, stomach and intestines.  This experiment and many other
experiments are recorded by a video camera mounted on the microscope and
I will have a still camera mount for the microscope next week.

However, my preliminary, secondary and continuing investigations with
the Ultra- Dark Field Microscope have presented numerous conditions and
observations that conflict with many of the current and accepted
theories related to electrons, atoms and molecules.  Will update you as
more discoveries are made.

Another important application of the Quantum Disk is with a device that
has been developed by two retired scientists who worked for NASA and
General Atomics.  Their collaborations produced a small home unit (U.S.
patent issued 1992) that will purify any liquid.  Urine, saltwater, or
any other contaminated liquid can be placed into this device and totally
safe water molecules are extracted.  We are now adding the Quantum Disk
to the purifying unit to shrink the contaminated molecules so cleaning
will be less often and easier and the extracted water molecules will be
Quanta Clusters that have the crucial bio-available characteristics for
plants, animals and humans.  The Quanta-Purifier also has many other
applications in numerous industries and especially agriculture. I would
