Found this flayer taped to all the lamp posts in my neighbourhood last
night, and thought it might be of interest.  Laser printed, photocopied,
neat appearance.  The punctuation is as it appears.  The reference to
examination of the prostate gland probably means checking to see if you're
having anal sex; I live in the biggest gay male neighbourhood in
Vancouver.

			ARE HIV NEGATIVES BEING
			     INTENTIONALLY
		       MISDIAGNOSED AS POSITIVE?

	It may be true that many people diagnosed as HIV positive are
actually negative!  When anybody requests an HIV test, they are usually
grilled on their behavior, especially sexual behavior before any test are
done and before any diagnosis is made.  This evalates a risk factor
assessment.  It may be true that many people are diagnoised as positive
due to a high risk factor despite negative test results.  A deception that
appears to be designed to modify peoples' high risk behavior ; assuming
that people are diagnosed as positive will adjust their behavior to avoid
contaminating other people.
	The people responsible obviously have the extreme arrogance to
believe that they are moral superiors and as such have the right to play
GOD.  Canada is supposed to be a democracy isn't it?  What does
unquestioned authority mean?
	There are actually home HIV test kits manufactured in this country
but they are only avaiable for export.  They are also highly accurate in
predicting the presence of HIV in the blood.  They are not available to
Canadians to protect this silent aids strategy.  Afterall, what would
happen if one of these negative, intentionaly misdiagnosed as positive,
people had access to them?  Obviously, lawsuits would follow, a huge
scandal would ensue,and the people resposible would be exposed.  The
authorites will do whatever it takes to prevent the truth from coming out.
When questions do arise from a few, they are then diagnosed to have some
form of mental problem.
	It's time for people to start asking questions and no matter how
convincing the answers are, all answers should be questioned from all
angles.
	Doctors actually do prostate checks with some people do identify
private sexual behaviour that is so personal ; a swollen prostate can mean
several things.  Directories of positively diagnosed people can easily be
made and blood test results can easily be manipulated with today's
computer technology.  Some people diagnosed as positive don't seem to be
affected wile others die quickly and we just accept any answers the
authority's give us.
	Being diagnosed HIV positive can be devastating but to think that
some of these people are actually negative leads to certain moral
questions.  Many people may know about this, including
officials(coordinators, facilitators, advocates) at AIDS organizations
across the country.  For legal reasons these people will deny involvement.
Does this seem morally responsible to you?  These people obviously have
alot of influence with the media, maybe to the point where they can
control what story's are released.  Please speak out?!?!?!
