AFFIDAVIT BY BRUCE CAMPBELL ADAMSON ON
HENRY KISSINGER AND CONRAD BLACK,
SIGNED MARCH 23, 1998 AND NOTARIZED.

March 13, 1998

To Whom It May Concern:
        The following Affidavit is 
made under
the Penalty of Perjury:
        On November 28, 1997, I was
approached by a Canadian writer Julien
Feldman about a story he was working
on with a Daniel Sanger for Saturday
Night magazine, owned by the Canadian
news baron Conrad Black.   Feldman was
very polite through the entire
process, but when it came to sending
payment for a volume, postage and
faxes, more than a month ago he was
going to send out a check for $25.00 I
have not receive it.
        I have emails from Feldman, 
claiming
that he has been involved in many
lawsuits before.  I am getting the
impression he wants me to file a
lawsuit, which I really do not want to
do.  I realize that since Julien
Feldman is a Canadian citizen there is
no a complaint against Feldman,
himself.  I have an estimated 75
emails from Feldman attempting to get
information for Conrad Black1s
Saturday Night  magazine article on
Mohamed Al-Fayed.  Mr. Feldman1s past
emails show that he was not going to
write a positive article about Mr.
Fayed, but a
negative one.  He also said that he
had been in touch with Roland Tiny
Rowland a man who has been feuding
with Mohamed Al-Fayed for the past 12
years.  Rowland also has ties to
British Intelligence.
        I had agreed to let Feldman 
use
information that I had discovered and
had copyrighted,  in return he would
give a quote and give my web site
address.  This seemed fair to both
parties.   I have found his 75 emails
very distracting and harassing.  But
since I was helping me and I thought
he was allegedly going to help me,
that it was worth it.
        Feldman today sent me an email 
he
does not have to give me credit,
Feldman1s
reasons were that when I was on a
national radio show 3Sightings.2
Never before has Feldman objected or
complained about the Sightings  radio
show until I received his email on
Feb. 23, 1998.
        The magazine Feldman has said 
he was
working for is the Saturday Night
magazine, a company which is owned by
the parent company, Argus-Hollinger
Inc.  Conrad Black and Henry Kissinger
both sit on the board of
Argus-Hollinger, Inc.
        I am more concerned about 
Kissinger1s
involvement with gathering information
George de Mohrenschildt and  what I am
working on, than Julien Feldman1s
non-payment and using material without
giving me credit for helping him.   I
have been working on Oswald1s Closest
Friend;  The George De Mohrenschildt
Story since 1992 and have had the
support from Leon Panetta and other
law enforcement agencies.
        Henry Kissinger is an American
citizen and Conrad Black is the owner
of 262 newspapers in the United
States, Canada, Great Britain and
Israel.  Kissinger should be held
accountable when writers from his
company are harassing American
citizens for information about
himself, especially when he has strong
ties to the Central Intelligence
Agency.  Conrad Black should be too
when he owns the newspapers and is
doing business within the United
States not as an American citizen.
        My latest volume was inspired 
by
Julien Feldman1s contact:  Diana The
Queen of Hearts & The CIA/MI6
Princedom of Darkness  was copyrighted
twice in Nov.-Dec. 1997 and again in
1998.  I had
previously sent Julien a free copy of
volume 5 and I have nothing in writing
from him.
        It is about a possible coup by
British Intelligence and the Central
Intelligence Agency to have
participated in a plot to kill
Princess Diana on account of her
stance against land mines.
        The material Julien Feldman 
was
interested in was a CIA document I had
first discovered on Mohamed Al-Fayed
having an affair with the daughter of
Lee Harvey Oswald1s closest friend,
George de Mohrenschildt and an entry
for Fayed in de Mohrenschildt1s phone
book.  Several months ago I sent the
CIA document to my Congressman Farr
before Feldman was made aware of it.
Farr can verify this.  See attached
Exhibit A.
        In this volume I have written 
a
chapter about Henry Kissinger1s ties
to George Mohrenschildt in 1971-73 as
Richard Nixon1s Secretary of State.
See Exhibit B.
        Kissinger in the 1950s while 
at
Harvard very close to Klaus and
Elizabeth Epstein.  Elizabeth
(Chamberlin) Epstein was the daughter
of William Henry Chamberlin.
Chamberlin was the cofounder of the
CIA1s Radio-Liberty
program and cofounded with Dimitri Von
Mohrenschildt1s Russian Review Journal
in 1941.  Both were two of the United
States top Soviet-Russian historians
and writers.
        Henry Kissinger is also very 
close to
Wang Jun, the Chinese gun-smuggler,
from San Jose California who visited
President Clinton and Ron Brown on
Feb. 6, 1996.  The Washington Post
reported that Wang Jun said he was
3very good friends2 with Kissinger.
Jung1s operation was disbursed in May
of 1996 by Federal employees.  Was
Wang Jun sent intentionally to the
White House to make President Clinton
look bad?
        Henry Kissinger still has 
strong CIA
ties and to the British MI6 and he
claimed to be very close to Princess
Diana.  While Conrad Black has ties to
British Intelligence.
        President Gerald Ford passed a 
law
that it was illegal for individuals
involved with the Central Intelligence
Agency to harass American citizens.
I can document cases where the CIA has
used foreign journalists to gather
information.  The CIA knows very well
it cannot harass its citizens and that
is why it sometimes uses foreign
countries to carry out it1s discovery
process.
        Conrad Black and Henry 
Kissinger1s
company Argus-Hollinger, Inc.  have
paid for Daniel Sanger-Julien
Feldman1s trips to Washington D.C.,
Haiti, Florida and New York according
to Feldman.
        Conrad Black has distance 
himself
from their project intentionally so
that he does not have to be held
accountable. Black1s writers
(Feldman/Sanger) and the management at
Saturday Night Magazine  have refused
to send anything in writing to confirm
Feldman1s previous understanding.
Were their actions only done to anger
me into filing a lawsuit against
Conrad Black?  Feldman has told me in
his emails of boasted a couple of
having been sued many times before.
If true Conrad Black cannot claim that
he has no knowledge of Sanger and
Feldman1s legal actions.  Three days
ago Julien Feldman sent an email I
received it two days ago:

Hi Bruce:
Just got in yesterday from my trip to
DC, and a very fruitful visit,
indeed, although there was not much
time for sightseeing.

We were able to find all the documents
we were looking for, thanks in no
small measure to your assistance. We
think we have learned quite a bit more
about de M in Haiti and it is, of
course, extremely intriguing -- just
as you promised.

And there is quite a lot of previously
unknown documentation on Fayed's
adventures there, which indicate that
the true story is not quite as it has
been made out in other published
materials.
Interestingly, much of it is in
sources other than the JFK collection.

Just so you know, your money order did
not get into the mail before I left,
through an oversight, but it is now
winging its way.

I was able to finish your book in
transit. You will be pleased to note
that your "JFK Timeline" is part of
the New York Public Library
collection.

        Feldman1s email sounds as if 
he
appreciated my assistance.  On the
following day he is angry, because I
complained of his failure to send me
something in writing confirming our
understanding and because  I have not
been paid for services he requested.
I have an email from Feldman telling
me that today was the deadline for his
article.  Have spoken to the secretary
of Saturday Night Magazine  editor Ken
White, who said March 23rd was not the
deadline.  Because of these
inconsistencies I have prepared this
affidavit.
        I do not want to sabotage 
Sanger and
Feldman1s article for Saturday Night
Magazine, nor do I want to be used and
be taken advantage of or because of
what I have written against Henry
Kissinger, who is  an reality the
employer of Daniel Sanger and Julien
Feldman at Saturday Night Magazine.
        The issues here are can the 
CIA use
foreign corporations and it1s contacts
to violate the copyright law, (not
that it has been done yet)?  Can
foreign citizens with power and wealth
run companies within the United States
for foreign our U.S.
intelligence?  Are emails legitimate
correspondence when one relies upon
them as being accurate?
         All I have been asking for is
something in writing and have been
unable to get it from Feldman nor
Saturday Night  magazine.  I have
never met Julien Feldman and do not
know what his true intentions  are.
All of the above information is true
and correct to the best of my
knowledge.
