Dear Concerned Parent:

I am a stay at home mom of 4 children. I homeschool my junior high
school kids. My parents have some property in Northern California and
called to ask me to do some research on the "biodiversity"  because this
biodiversity was threatening to take away their property, which was
saved for their retirement years.  Within 3 days I found a much bigger
picture than the NMFS (national marine fishery service) working with the
UNESCO (United nations education science cultural Org.) and the MAB (man
and the biosphere)  was threatening to take their land.  Well I soon
found out that it wasn't just their land but everyone living near any
river (300 feet above flood lines both sides of any river) from the
Salinas River all the way up to Oregon, Washington and into Idaho. Our
American Sovereignty is at stake.  ALL OF   THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.

Are you aware that President Clinton went to the United nations Earth
summit in 1993 and while he was there signed a treaty called the
"Biodiversity Treaty"  This treaty gives the United Nations rights to
U.S. government and citizens land with NO compensation.  The U.N. is
currently in control of over 44 million acres in the United States
through endangered species acts, wild lands and heritage programs.

Please go and see this map for your self! This map was drafted by UNESCO
(UNITED NATIONS EDUCATION SCIENCE CULTURAL ORG) and MAB (man and the
biosphere) The UN plans on taking 50% of the US and restoring it back to
the nature (they are calling this the "Rewilding America") Clinton is
selling us out!

Here is a couple of important sites that I've found, keep in mind as you
read, that these are all facts and laws that are in affect today.  I
know you are all concerned about our liberty and I know these laws will
sound near impossible but ask your self as you read:  "Why would we need
these kind of laws here in america?"  Do you remember last week when the
satellite was out of whack and knocked out cell phones, pagers and the
ATM's.   Were you aware that in November there is suppose to be a big
meteor shower that will knock out most of our satellites?  In my opinion
I think they just showed us that they have the technology to do that.
And ask your self  "Why is there an internet 2 coming out and why is
this just for schools?  Why do we need an internet 2?
And how did Clinton get a new deficit number of $39 billion dollars?
Last week we were in the hole right?  And why does he want the internet
SO BAD?

running a campaign to "Save our Sovereignty"  He has a plan to get
Clinton and Gore out of office and get the United Nations out of our

address and send you all the information on his plan.

There is also a bill that needs our attention this bill is called :HR
1146  This bill will get the United States completely out of the United
Nations and all affiliated Orginizations.  This bill needs to be passed
by congress and they needs our support.  The "American Policy Center" is
