HIGHLIGHTS:
· Introducing the New G.D.R. Newsletter and its Founder, Fred M. Davis.
· How to receive future issues of this newsletter.

Welcome to the first edition of the G.D.R. Newsletter! Did you know
that radiation from active nuclear reactors are leaking into your air,
food and water? No? Most people don't. The G.D.R. newsletter will
alert you to this and other concealed hazards. In this issue we
will explain just what G.D.R. is and tell a little about its founder
Fred Davis. We will also briefly cover how the G.D.R. site came about
and what we hope to accomplish. The G.D.R. URL; sponsorship
information, and how to sign up for our free newsletter is located at
the end of this interview. Please visit the web site to investigate
the following issues in greater detail.

My name is Sherri Anderson, Editor of the G.D.R. and today I will
conduct an interview with the Founder and President, Fred Davis. In the
future monthly editions we will inform you of developments in the
nuclear industry, interview specialists, list possible solutions and
generally keep you updated on the current world status of the nuclear
hazards. You will need this information to safeguard your family's
health! I encourage you to forward this newsletter to everyone you
know. Knowledge is power!

Sherri: Fred, what is G.D.R. and what are you trying to accomplish?

Fred: G.D.R. is a foundation dedicated to eliminating the health risks
associated with radiation contamination in all of its aspects.

Sherri: Whew! That's a pretty tall order. How do you hope to achieve
this?

Fred: What I hope to do is get everyone aware of the problems that are
facing us. There is a lot of cover-ups in the nuclear waste industry.
Health hazards that most people are not aware of. And with the
escalating earth changes all around us, we could possibly be in for a
catastrophe of untold proportions. For instance, what if an asteroid
chip hit a nuclear reactor? And then there is Chernobyl, did you know
that the containment shell is crumbling? Also, out of the 4000 workers
that did the containment, only 1000 are still alive and most of them are
sick. If I can get people aware of the problems, they can put pressure
on their elected officials to look for solutions. There are many
brilliant minds out there that would start looking for a way to
deactivate radiation if they were only aware of just how bad it is.

Sherri: I agree with this completely. Many groups are complain
about the radiation problems, how is G.D.R. different?

Fred: G.D.R. is not suggesting we eliminate all of the nuclear sites,
besides, the problem is already here and elimination would not solve
anything. What I want to do if find a SOLUTION. How do we deactivate
radiation?

Sherri: This is exactly why I joined up with you in this endeavor Fred,
I think you have the right approach, complaining doesn't solve the
issue. I saw a nuclear waste site map put out by the Lodestar Advisory
Council and I was 'horrified' by the number of waste sites in our
country and the surrounding coast lines. We must look for a solution.
Why don't you tell us a little about your background and how you got
involved with this?

Fred: I was one of three boys born to an Air Force Pilot and an Israel
mother. My parents divorced when we were young and my mother struggled
to raise us. As a young man, I worked on a newspaper route and at
restaurants to earn extra money. At 16, I went to work in a machine
shop. I obtained skills in welding, electronics, drafting and auto
mechanics. I was fascinated by the unknown aspects of electronics and
started exploring. This sparked my creativity and soon I was inventing
all sorts of things. I found I could visualize new ideas instantly. I
have invented thousands of different things over the years. This is why
that I KNOW we can find a solution to radiation if we pull together.
All we have to do is open our creativity and realize that it IS possible
to solve. Most scientists generally think it is impossible so they
don't even try.

Sherri: Remember Tesla? He did a lot of things that others didn't
think was possible.

Fred: Yes, Tesla achieved great things because he was open to the
possibilities that others ignored. That is exactly my point.

Sherri: Didn't you also write a screen play?

Fred: Yes, I have a screen play that I wrote as a story line but it is
based on facts. At one point in my life, I lived in L.A. While I was
there I got involved with directors and screenplay writers. I really
enjoyed the film business and took extensive courses at UCLA in film
production, finance and animation. I later moved to Alabama and started
investigating cattle mutations, UFO's and nuclear waste sites. I
started finding some interesting correlation's between the three. After
a long investigation I decided to write a screen play about my
discoveries. It took me three years to complete and I am just putting
the finishing touches on it. It is called; "The Prometheus Broadcast".
It uniquely intertwines Greek mythology and the hidden radiation problem
with modern day characters, aliens and UFO's. It also uses clues and
dream sequences to help others become aware of the possibility of
deactivating radiation.

Sherri: I can't wait to see it! I understand that there are hazards to
our health with radiation besides the obvious. What are they?

Fred: Well other than the containment, waste sites and the shipment
hazard, there is an ongoing problem of a small amount of radiation that
is leaking into the air and water from active nuclear reactors. In many
cases people are getting sick from this and dying and they don't realize
what is actually causing it! I have details on my web site about this
and in upcoming issues of this newsletter we will be going more in depth
on this.

Sherri: With the recent events in India and Pakistan I find this even
more sobering. All of us pretty much understand the bomb threat. But
what we overlook is where are they storing the stuff that makes the
bombs?

Fred: Right, and more and more of these areas are leaking or are
becoming unsafe! We must take steps to solve this. The future of our
planet depends on it. People worry about earthquakes, tornados rain
forest destruction and all of these are very real environmental issues,
but the nuclear waste, faulty reactors, and radiation leaks are even
more lethal than those. We have to take action!

Sherri: You currently follow the scientific grants that are awarded to
scientists studying this but you hope to take this a step farther,
right?

Fred: Yes, what I hope to do is establish an award, similar to the
Nobel Prize for the person who solves the deactivation problem. Also, I
would like to establish even more grants so we can put additonal effort
into finding a solution. I am currently working on turning G.D.R. into
a nonprofit organization to help achieve these goals.

Sherri: I know you have spent many years researching this, without any
financial gain, and I admire your commitment and dedication. Why would
you do this?

Fred: I am a very caring and spiritual person who would like to see our
planet continue for our children. Our children shouldn't have to
inherit our mistakes. I know that if we all pull together, we can make
this happen. That is the purpose of the newsletter. To get as many
people informed as possible. Then as a body united we can put pressure
on our elected officials to make changes. One person cannot do this
alone, it will take all of us. The Internet is a great medium to make
this happen. It is worldwide. The more people who are educated to the
hazards, the better chance we have to finding a solution. I ask
everyone to please forward this to your friends, sign up for the
newsletter. Your safety depends on it.

Sherri: Thank you Fred.

"End of Interview."

Silently, like a deadly snake moving through the grass, this menace is
creeping up on us. And we are unaware of its presence. Now I know
there are many people crying out alarms about upcoming disasters these
days. We have the Y2K bug with the computers, earthquakes, and volcano
eruptions intensifying all the time, and the weather patterns are going
crazy. Seems like you never know what your weather will be the next
month. Everything seems out of whack. Some of us are getting prepared
just in case, others of us are just plain tired of listening to gloom
and doom and have shut it all out. But folks, the nuclear radiation
problem is one that we just cannot ignore. We have to get informed and
we have to make a solution happen! One can rebuild after a tornado or
earthquake, we cannot recover from radiation. Consider this recent
headline and copy snip:

ZION NUCLEAR PLANT'S NEW LIFE LIKELY TO BE A LONG ONE, U.S. UNSURE WHERE
TO PUT WASTE
By Peter Kendall and Casey Bukro, Tribune Staff Writers.

"...that they have no place to send the 1,022 metric tons of highly
radioactive spent fuel. Almost four decades into the civilian nuclear
program, the federal government has not selected a site for the
permanent burial ground for waste, which will remain lethal for
thousands of years....."

There are too many secrets and cover-ups surrounding radiation leaks.
Visit the G.D.R. web site, educate yourself by subscribing to this
newsletter, and inform others. We need your help to make a difference.

Next month we will start an education series of newsletters to keep you
informed of very real dangers that are lurking around us. We also
encourage any ideas, suggestions, information or feedback you may
have.
