wow. check this site:  http://www.despotovic.com/

this one rides that fine line between wacked and tragic. obviously, this guy
has had a tough time (with several governments, bureaucratic red-tap, and
trailers. i dont know if he's ready for the crackers convention, or just
documenting a very long, convoluted, and horrible chain of events. i suspect
the former, but of course---you be the judge.
