psychoceramics: Grubor pretends to be Kibo

I wonder if someone who keeps up-to-date on Usenet personality-politics
can explain to me what this is about. I remember Grubor as "DrGodFuck",
claiming to be the legal mastermind who would protect persecuted
netizens from the Cabal's cancelbots, and incidentally some sort of
sexual adept as well. Now I see someone on news.admin.net-abuse.misc
identifying k--@d--.com as "Grubor/Vulis". I have an even less distinct
impression of who Dmitri Vulis is, except that he's a prominent
participant in incredible, interminable flame wars on soc.culture.russian
and allied groups.
