ALL CAPS is a pretty good indication but actually Robert MacElwaine
didn't type in ALL CAPS but SEEMINGLY randomly capitalized WORDS that
emphasized IMPORTANT INFORMATION.  I used to have a FEW of his POSTS
squirreled away but they DON'T seem to be AROUND anymore.  As I
recall, he was something of a fan of a GENTLEMAN with the rather
UNFORTUNATE name of Peter BETER (mentioned in I. Stang's _High
Weirdness by Mail_).
